Dorman 620-421
Both fans work. I have not noticed the fans hitting high speed yet. My car has not gotten hot since replacing. I have let it idle for over a half hour and it did not get hot. Near perfect fit for a 2002 Maxima. Approximately 2 out of six or so holes were missing for the electrical wire grommet anchors. I used zip ties with no issues.
